Acknowledgement of Country

We acknowledge and pay respect to the Minjambuta people as the original and ongoing custodians of the land upon which we meet today.  We commit to actively working alongside First Nations people for healing, reconciliation and justice.

The Catholic education faith community is inclusive and acknowledges that we are all made in the image and likeness of God and we are created in love. People of all faiths, genders, sexualities and cultures are therefore respected equally in the Sandhurst Catholic community.

We acknowledge the pain and suffering of all who have been hurt in body, mind and spirit by those who have betrayed the trust placed in them.

May we all stand tall, stand firm, grounded in truth, together as one.

College Commitment

As Presentation people, we walk in the footsteps of Nano Nagle and the Presentation Sisters, listening with our hearts to the needs of our world.

May we be the ‘light’ of Nano’s Lantern in our world today as we respond with love and compassion to our brothers and sisters, with faithfulness to God’s call and with vision and optimism to the signs of our times.

We are people of hope, inspired by the work of the Presentation Sisters and committed to working for a just and sustainable future for this fragile land so that all may live life to the full.

This is our story.
