Business Manager
An exciting opportunity to join the executive leadership team at Marian College Myrtleford
Marian College is seeking an experienced, qualified and committed Business Manager to join the College Leadership and Office Administration Teams. You will be an outstanding manager and leader with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will work collaboratively and reflectively to manage all aspects of College finances, OHS, buildings and grounds and support for the College staffing and curriculum. Building relationships with parents and carers and building College enrolments are key aspects of the position.
Commencement date: Term 3, 2025 (July21, 2025)
Summary of key responsibilities:
Strategic leadership
Financial planning and management
Administrative services and accounting
Property and contract management
Risk management and compliance.
You will:
Hold appropriate professional qualifications, including being a member of a professional accounting body such as the Institution of Chartered Accountants or Certified Practicing Accountants
Be an exceptional Business Manager with demonstrated experience leading teams
Be an honest, careful, reliable and forward-looking leader with a commitment to maintain and build the College moving forward
Have experience in financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with school leadership and staff.
The ability to oversee compliance, facilities management, and risk management.
