At Marian College we support young people to GROW into resilient, confident and creative learners. We want students to GROW to become responsible community members, who are committed to social justice and formed in faith and the Gospel. We encourage students to GROW to respect and care for themselves, others and the environment, to celebrate diversity and to always seek the truth.

In order for all members of our school community to GROW in this way we have established a team to lead our whole school to establish a common philosophy and language to discuss how everyone within the Marian community conducts themselves.

Marian College has four expected behaviours which will help each of us to GROW to be the best version of ourselves that we can be.  These four expectations require us to show Generosity,  Respect,  Ownership and to be Wholehearted. These expectations will be explicitly taught and modelled over the coming months so that we can create a positive learning environment for all.
